I have an existing account with Waitrose
If you have an existing account for Waitrose Cellar, Waitrose Florist or Waitrose Gifts, you can continue to use your login details to access your account on this website, Waitrose Kitchen. If you shop for groceries on the Waitrose website, you will not be able to use your existing login on Waitrose Kitchen and you'll need to register which you can do before or during the checkout process.
If you have purchased wine, flowers or gifts previously, simply use your existing email address and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can use the forgotten password link.

Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your trolley, you can begin the checkout process. You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address(es) when placing future orders. You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account.
When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’place order’ button. Within approximately 30 minutes of placing your order, you'll be sent an order confirmation email and during this time you can amend your order such as altering the delivery address, gift message or delivery instructions by calling Customer Care on 0800 188 881 between:
8am and 10pm Monday to Friday
8am to 9pm Saturday
9am to 7pm Sunday
